Ideally, we need a print-ready PDF. Other file formats may also be appropriate depending on the project. Key requirements include the correct document size, sufficient image resolution, accurate colours and suitable bleed. If you are unsure whether your files are set up correctly, we are happy to check them.
Yes. Careful artwork checks are an important part of achieving a good print result. We check your files for common technical errors and flag potential issues, helping identify problems before printing and avoid unnecessary costs.
Bleed is an extra area extending beyond the finished size. It prevents unwanted white edges when the product is trimmed. The amount required depends on the product and printing method. We are happy to provide the exact specifications for your project.
For high-quality print results, images need sufficient resolution for the intended output size. A resolution of around 300 dpi at final size is often recommended. For large-format products, lower resolutions may be sufficient depending on the viewing distance. We are happy to advise if you are unsure.
A wide range of paper types, weights and surfaces is available, depending on the product and desired effect. Examples include matt or gloss coated papers, uncoated papers, offset papers and premium speciality papers. The best choice depends on the product, its purpose and the desired appearance.
This depends mainly on the quantity, product, desired quality and level of personalisation. Digital printing is particularly suitable for short to medium runs, personalised materials and time-sensitive production. Offset printing offers particular advantages for larger runs and certain quality and colour requirements. We recommend the method that makes the most sense for your project in terms of both cost and quality.
Yes. Digital printing is an attractive and economical option for short runs, allowing bespoke projects to be produced in relatively small quantities. For larger runs, we also assess whether another printing method would be more economical.
Yes. Depending on the product and printing method, personalisation is possible. Different names, addresses, numbers or other individual content can be processed within one print job. This can be particularly useful for mailings, invitations, customer letters and personalised promotional materials.
Professional embellishment can substantially enhance the look and feel of print products. Depending on the product, options include lamination, varnishes, spot varnishes, embossing and hot foil stamping. We are happy to advise on which finish suits your product and the impression you want to create.
Yes. Alongside standard formats, we produce custom print products and specialist solutions. Whether you have an unusual format, specialist finishing, a custom die-cut or an exceptional material in mind, tell us your idea. Together, we assess how to make it work technically and economically.
Production time depends on the product, quantity, printing method, finishing and current workload. Short turnaround times are possible for many standard products. If your deadline is particularly tight, contact us directly and we will check which express or scheduled production options are available.
Different forms of approval or colour checking may be appropriate depending on the product and project. A proof can be especially helpful for demanding colour requirements. We are happy to advise on the right form of checking for your print product.
Send us the key project details: product, format, quantity, paper or material, required finishing or embellishment, and preferred delivery date. The more precise the information, the more accurately we can quote. We are happy to prepare a tailored quotation for bespoke projects.
Of course. Bespoke print projects offer many possibilities, and the most obvious option is not always the best. We help you choose the format, paper, printing method, finishing and embellishment, taking both the desired effect and your budget into account.
If your project needs design or artwork preparation support, please let us know. Together, we can clarify what you have already prepared and where you need help, ensuring that design and production work well together.
If our checks identify technical problems, we will inform you before production wherever possible. Depending on the issue, the files can be corrected or adjusted. We are happy to help with artwork preparation so your order can proceed without unnecessary delays.
Depending on the order and distribution plan, individual delivery arrangements are possible. This can be useful for businesses sending materials to different offices, branches, customers or partners. Tell us about your delivery requirements when discussing your project.
The earlier the key specifications are clear, the easier the project is to plan. The main factors are format, quantity, material, printing method, finishing and preferred delivery date. For time-sensitive projects, we recommend agreeing the deadline with us as early as possible so production and shipping can be planned effectively.
We see printing as an individual solution, with each project’s requirements at its heart. We combine high-quality production with personal advice, supporting you from material selection to the finished product. Our aim is to find a solution for every project that delivers quality, makes economic sense and is ready by the agreed deadline.
