Storage for printed materials and promotional products

Catalogues, brochures and promotional products often need to remain available for several months. We handle storage so you can call off the quantities you need over time. We take different items and editions into account when planning.

Coordinate stock levels and reprints

We let you know when stocks are running low. Together, we agree when a notification would be useful, allowing you to prepare a reprint and first check whether content, prices or contact details need updating.

Deliver partial quantities to multiple addresses

Individual branches, sales representatives or events need different quantities. We organise distribution according to your instructions. Depending on size, destination and urgency, options include postal delivery, freight or a direct courier.

  • Items and versions

Which products will be stored? Are there different languages, editions or regional versions? Clear labelling helps identify the correct item and version when stock is called off.

  • Call-off quantities and contents

We agree the quantities needed regularly and how deliveries should be assembled, for example as individual titles, fixed pack sizes or sets of several components. For personalised letters and enveloped mailings, we add the appropriate mailing services.

  • Delivery addresses and dates

For each call-off, we need the item, quantity, delivery address and preferred date. For trade fairs or events, additional details about contacts and receiving hours are helpful. Handling and transport are considered together in the schedule.

  • Print run and storage period

A larger print run can reduce the unit price, but it incurs storage costs and ties up stock. Where content changes frequently, shorter runs followed by reprints may be more appropriate. We therefore consider quantity, consumption and content lifespan together.
